The Netherlands is considered one of the most important and developed logistics markets in Europe with its two main ports: Rotterdam and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Because demand exceeds supply in the Rotterdam district, SHIPP 21 creates the unique opportunity for companies to locate in South Holland between the port of Rotterdam and Moerdijk.
This new and large-scale industrial campus for water-related logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, cold and freezer storage, manufacturing and maritime supply offers 230,000m² of warehouse space. This with its own inland port and a strategic location near various highways and connecting roads.
Winlock was asked to install three fire-resistant overhead doors with a fire resistance of 60 minutes for the 2nd phase of this project. This was in addition to the 25 fire resistant overhead doors already ordered at the start of this project.
