Future project: DHL Auckland, New Zealand

DHL Supply Chain is strengthening New Zealand’s pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer health supply chain with the rollout of two new Green Star rated bioscience facilities.The sites will comply with strict industry-specific regulations while increasing the limited supply of commercial real estate in New Zealand by approximately 20,000 square meters of additional warehouse floor space.

 The new facility at Auckland Airport, slated to open in July 2025, will have a 5-star green rating and feature a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment, along with storage for controlled drugs and dangerous goods, high-security cages, validation rooms, specialized co-packing areas and technical rooms. The purpose-built facility is located in Auckland Airport’s award-winning The Landing Business Park.

Winlock will install two fireproof gates with 120-minute fire resistance, exterior and atext application at the Auckland site.
